Luke Broad was named Players' Player of the Year

Malcolm Lamble has resigned and ended his 12-year reign in charge of South Hams outfit East Allington United.

At the end-of-season dinner and dance on Friday he was thanked for his achievements and hard work.

Luke Broad picked up four awards - Players' Player of the Year, Supports' Player of the Year, Manager's Player of the Year and the prize for the most man-of-the-match awards in the season.

Geraldine Weeks scooped the club person accolade, while Dan Hurrell was named most improved player.

Danny Tucker, who is currently travelling across Australia, was the club's leading goalscorer.

The Cecil Stevens award was given to John Trant for his many years of support given to the club.
